1. Easter Suncatchers
With Easter and Spring comes sun. So, let’s bring a little sunshine into our lives with these wonderful suncatchers from Every Day Dishes , who generously provide printable templates. You’ll see that kids love “stained glass” projects, there is something in the magic of seeing their work illuminated in the window for all to see.
2. Bunny Masks
Kids just love dressing up, and making masks is always a popular activity, no matter what age. Theses adorable bunny masks by Babyccino Kids are a great activity to try at home this Easter – you could even make some cute bunny tails to match!
3. Easter Egg Printing
Potato prints are always a fantastic parent/child activity. Little hands will need help with cutting the designs, but they will have endless fun printing the colourful shapes. There are some excellent example here on the Crafty Morning blog – a great resource.
4. Daffodil Pinwheel
Some of my favorite things at this time of the year are the daffodils. They have a way of making everyone smile – just like this clever daffodil pinwheel project will too. Such a great idea from this blog, with an amazing name Mom In The Mad House.
5. Hatching Chicks
Obviously there are lots of Easter chick projects out there, but this has to be one of my favorites. Although it is a step by step, the egg shell element will allow your little ones time to explore colour and line, and add some originality – always important! Thanks to the lovely people at ABC Creative Learning
